Our puppy contract..
You are bound by this contract when you are chosen to adopt one of my puppies.
We understand that life sometimes throws you an unexpected "curve ball". If for any reason you can no longer care for your pup, we request you to contact us immediately and we will come up with a plan for the pup that works for everyone or the puppy must be returned to us with no monetary reimbursement. Under no circumstances will the pup be taken to an animal shelter or euthanized unnecessarily without contacting me,
re-homed or sold to another family without our consent and approval. Failure to comply will result in legal action.
I am 100% against shock collars or the use of shock collars as a means of training or correction.You agree to never use a shock collar on your G.D.R. puppy this is unacceptable, period.
If we find the puppy/adult is in poor health condition due to neglect of any kind we reserve the right to request the puppy/adult be returned without delay. Failure to comply will result in legal action.
Each pup will be seen by your vet on a regular basis to insure the health of your Golden. All efforts should be made to insure against heart worms.
The Buyer shall keep the dog as a household pet and shall never use it for breeding (limited registration only) and never as an attack dog or guard dog.
If you pay for limited registration and fraudulently register your golden with full registration you will be liable to pay to the remainder of the full registration price or risk legal action. I will monitor registration of the puppy via A.K.C.
If you relocate, change your email address or contact number you agree to notify us of the change.
By giving one of our pups a home you are bound by this statement. Our pups are champion quality but we do prefer that they are made part of your family. We do not wish them to live their life out doors in a kennel and under no circumstance are they to live their life on a chain, this is unacceptable. We reserve the rite to stay in contact with our pups new parents via email or telephone.
